58gl Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 58gl website accessible at 58gl.net, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on the 58gl Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the 58gl Platform.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any wagering activity conducted using funds deposited into a 58gl Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by 58gl.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing online gaming in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on 58gl or by continuing to use the Platform after any amendments to these Terms have been published, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments thereto.
• You have read and accepted the 58gl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You have read and accepted the 58gl Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

These Terms apply to all use of the 58gl Platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, and participation in promotions.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 58gl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gambling services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 58gl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 58gl or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

58gl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Account Registration

To access Real Money Play on 58gl, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• You may only hold one (1) active Account on the 58gl Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify 58gl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• 58gl may require you to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as specified in the cashier section of the Platform.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 58gl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and other payment methods as listed in the 58gl cashier section. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• 58gl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 58gl reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day. Bank transfers may take two (2) to five (5) business days.
• 58gl reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Any funds deposited in error must be reported to 58gl customer support immediately. 58gl will not be liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the Player.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

58gl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• 58gl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• 58gl reserves the right to determine whether a Player qualifies for any particular promotion at its sole discretion.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 58gl Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. The following general principles apply:

• All games on 58gl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and compliance.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 58gl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account.
• 58gl is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules. Players are encouraged to review game rules before wagering real money.
• Live dealer game results are final once the round has been completed and confirmed by the dealer. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be submitted to customer support within 24 hours of the relevant game session.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 58gl Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the 58gl Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of 58gl.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 58gl Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of 58gl or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 58gl.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

58gl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 58gl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage practices compliant with applicable Philippine data protection laws.

11. Responsible Gaming

58gl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings at any time.
• Players may request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting 58gl customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours.
• 58gl may impose mandatory limits or suspend an Account if problem gambling behavior is identified, including but not limited to unusually high deposit frequency or requests to reverse self-exclusion shortly after it was applied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 58gl shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 58gl's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by a Player based on information or content available on the Platform.

58gl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

58gl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding the dormancy period specified in Section 4.
• Any other reason that 58gl, in its sole discretion, deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in a verified Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any applicable fees.

14. Amendments to These Terms

58gl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 58gl will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 58gl operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
